Minimum of 5 years experience in a HRBP function

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour and employment law

Experience in employee relations and managing diverse workforce

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence business leaders

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning & development strategies
