Responding to customer enquiries through e-mail / website / Social media leads / inbound & outbound calls to ensure the completion of Lead Cycle.

Have an ability to assess the customer’s requirement to suggest suitable property solution.

Follow up with potential leads in order to drive till maturity(sales).

Maintain and grow relationships with new and existingcustomers.

Establish relationships with new customers.

Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
