Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven experience in QSR and FMCG sectors is essential.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver results within allocated resources.

Creative thinker with a passion for driving brand success.
