Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, a passion for innovation, and the ability to drive our technological vision.


Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute the company’s technological strategy in alignment with business goals.

•Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

•Oversee all system design, development, and deployment activities.

•Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all technology platforms and systems.

•Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our solutions when appropriate.

•Collaborate with other executive team members to shape and drive overall company strategy.


Qualifications:


•Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a fintech company.

•Strong knowledge of technological trends and the ability to adapt to new innovations.

•Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

•Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and software development.

•A strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
