Diploma in Nursing, BSC in Nursing, Health Administration or any related field or a Registered Nurse.

Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in healthcare case management.

Deep or enough Medical knowledge.

Excellent interpersonal and advocacy skills.

Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
