Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee our Marketplace & Logistics Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, logistics, and business management. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop and implement strategies to enhance our market presence and streamline our logistics operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the Company's goals and objectives.

* Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce marketplace and logistics services.

* Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

* Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

* Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

* Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

* Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability.

* Utilize data-driven insights to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within e-commerce and logistics.

* Proven ability to manage and grow an e-commerce marketplace.

* Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, logistics management software, and data analytics tools.

* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
