Position Overview:

A reputable fashion and lifestyle company  in Lekki that are experts in clothings, jewelries, fashion accessories, perfumes and fragrances etc, in  Lagos is seeking an experienced and highly capable General Manager to lead and oversee our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fashion industry and possess exceptional business management skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain our brand's high standards.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

* Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments.

* Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

* Proven ability to manage business operations and achieve financial targets.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
