Job Summary:
The Fashion Production Manager/ Creative Director will oversee the production process, ensuring that all outfits are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, industry experience, and strong leadership skills, you will also be responsible for developing and executing the overall creative strategy for the company. This includes overseeing the design process, creating innovative fashion concepts, and ensuring that all designs align with the brand's vision and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion design, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to sketch and develop new designs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production Planning and Management:
* Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Coordinate with design, sourcing, and logistics teams to streamline production.
* Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from sample development to final production.
* Quality Control:
* Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are implemented.
* Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with the marketing, production, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product launches.
* Trend Analysis and Research: Market research to identify emerging fashion trends and consumer preferences.
* Design Development:
* Sketch and develop new fashion designs, including clothing, accessories, and footwear.
* Oversee the creation of color palettes and fabric selections.
* Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality craftsmanship.
* Creative Leadership:
* Lead the design team in creating innovative and market-leading fashion collections.
* Develop and execute the overall creative vision for the brand.
* Ensure that all designs align with TLR Couture’s brand identity and market trends.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or any
related field.
Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on production
management.
* Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules and ensuring timely delivery
of products.
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and implement effective
solutions.
* Exceptional sketching and design skills, with the ability to bring ideas to life visually.
* Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabric properties, and garment construction.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with production management software.
* Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
